Privacy Policy
Straight talk on what we collect, why, and what's yours to control. We don't sell your information, and we don't share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.
1. Scope
This policy covers Demand Hive LLC ("Demand Hive," "we," "us") — our website at demandhive.net and the services we provide to clients. It explains what we collect from site visitors, prospects, and clients, and how we handle it.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, business name, phone number, email, and anything you share when you book a call, fill out a form, text or email us, or become a client.
Information collected automatically: basic usage data when you visit the site (pages viewed, general location, device/browser type) through standard analytics and cookies.
Call data (services): when the AI caller is active on your account, incoming calls may be recorded and transcribed so the assistant can understand callers, capture details, and produce a call log. This may include the caller's number, name, and what they said.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule or hold your call.
- To set up, deliver, and support the services you've signed up for.
- To process billing, including usage and overage charges.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, and compliance obligations.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, your account, appointment reminders, or support. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.
We do not sell your personal information, and no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent are used only to deliver the messages you'd expect from us or the service you signed up for.
For clients: when we set up texting tools on your behalf, you are responsible for having proper consent from the people you message, per our Terms and applicable law (TCPA / A2P 10DLC).
5. Call recording & transcription
Where the AI caller is used, calls may be recorded and transcribed to make the service work. Clients are responsible for providing any caller notice their state requires. We use call recordings and transcripts only to deliver and improve the service, and we don't sell them.
6. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed, including:
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our CRM and automation platform.
- Telephony & SMS carriers — to place calls and send texts.
- Google — calendar/booking and analytics.
- Our payment processor — to handle billing securely (we don't store full card numbers ourselves).
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
7. Cookies & analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar tools to keep it working and to understand how it's used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work as well if you disable them.
8. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it's no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Clients may request an export or deletion of their data on cancellation, subject to legal retention rules.
9. Your choices & rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential emails and texts anytime. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion — and we do not sell personal information. To make a request, just contact us (below).
10. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We rely on reputable platforms (like GHL/LeadConnector and our payment processor) that maintain their own security safeguards.
11. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; significant changes will be posted here.
