The person behind it

Hey, it's Ike.

I'm the founder of Demand Hive, and I'm also the person who builds your systems, answers your texts, and picks up when you call. That's not a staffing gap. That's the whole point.

Why I started this

I grew up watching my parents work themselves to the bone, always in the work, never able to get ahead of it. Years later I started noticing the same thing in every local shop I walked into. Owners who are great at their trade, losing customers not because of their work, but because they were too busy doing it to answer the phone.

Missed calls going to competitors. Follow-ups forgotten because the day ran long. No-shows eating the calendar. None of it is a skill problem. It's a time problem, and it's exactly the kind of problem automation is good at.

So I started Demand Hive with a simple mission: help business owners get the freedom they started their business for in the first place, while building the same thing for my own family.

How I work

Your shop, your voice. Every system I build sounds like you, not like a robot with a script. You approve everything before it goes live. No surprises.

A filter, not a replacement. I don't put a machine between you and your customers. I put one between you and the junk: the robocalls, the spam, the busywork. So the human moments are the ones you actually have time for.

No invoices to chase. Simple billing, cancel anytime. I keep clients by being worth it, not by locking the door.

I work with a small number of shops at a time, on purpose. When you text me, I'm the one texting back.

Let's talk about your shop.

Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. Just a straight conversation about where you're leaking leads and what it'd take to fix it.
